Update

We got the house! I will post photos as soon as I can. Right now we are living out of boxes at my brothers house because we are remodeling the house. It will be nice. With property tax and insurance, it is 30 dollars LESS then what we were paying for rent! Can you believe it!!?? The only reason we got such a steal of a deal is because we were patient enough to wait on the short sale. If you ever have 6-8 months to wait for a house, I highly recommend short sales. You can seriously get amazing deals. The only thing is you have to be prepared for the wait, and ready to about pull your hair out when it gets closer and they have you sign a gazillion papers, and change their minds a million times, and tell you its time to close and then have you sit in their office for 2 hours to just tell you never mind, you can't close yet, because the bank needs yet "just one more document to wrap this up"

It was a long process and we are glad it's done. I'm excited to work on making the little house our own. It's not much bigger then where we were renting, but it will be our own and we can PAINT and do whatever the heck we want to it. Our ward is nice, our neighbors are nice. We have no houses surrounding ours because we have plenty property to make it so our closest neighbor is quite a ways a way. So nice!! And we are where I always wanted to live growing up! It's so beautiful!
