My hubby left for 2 weeks for army training. I of course miss him like crazy, cuz I know what it's like to be without him. Thankfully this time it's not for a year and a half. He's a quiet guy, who likes late night snacks and chocolate milk. He's also got a funny sense of humor that most people don't know anything about, because he's so quiet. But he can take you off gaurd and make you laugh right out loud. I'm thankful for him and the good father he is. I hope that he has a kinda good time. I know he wasn't excited for it, but he'll make the best of it knowing him.
Till he comes home, I'll be having what I call "lonely saturdays". Weekends just aren't the same without him.

This is my favorite picture of Aspen and her daddy. I posted it as my very first blog post, but that was a long time ago, when they first met, so I thought I'd post some more pics of them together. Aspen LOVES her daddy. He is her very favorite person. Anyone else's kid not as good for you when daddy is gone? Aspen turns into a stinker. She gets very emotional when he is away...shows me how important the father figure in the home is.
